Wayvia continues to monitor the global AWS outage and are continuing to coordinate internally and externally to restore full PROWL functionality

Wayvia has verified that the ongoing issues are related to the global AWS outage impacting multiple AWS customers today. Our engineering teams are actively engaged in exploring solutions, including coordinating with AWS to monitor recovery efforts and validate service restoration as infrastructure becomes available.
We continue to assess system performance and will restore full Insights Portal functionality as soon as underlying AWS services stabilize.

At this time, reporting and data retrieval functions may be unavailable or delayed.
Our engineering teams are actively investigating the root cause, including any potential connection to global AWS service disruptions reported earlier today.
