Submitting a Request for Wayvia Support

Wayvia no longer accepts email submissions for support tickets. 
Emails sent to our Support team will not be received.

 

To ensure your request is handled quickly, please use one of the following methods:

Can anyone submit a ticket?

Yes! However, to submit a ticket, you must be signed in to the Wayvia Help Center. Please note that the Help Center login is separate from other Wayvia products, such as Insights 360 or Prowl, and requires registration for both ticket submission and knowledge base access.

Once logged in, you can submit tickets and explore our knowledge base!

 

Already have a Help Center login?

No action is needed—you’re all set!

 

Previously emailed Wayvia Support?

Great! You can easily activate your Help Center account by setting up a password.

 

Need to create a Help Center account?

From the help center home page, click the Sign In button at the top right of the page. When prompted to login, click the Sign up link. Follow the instructions to create your account.
